On the web
Open your league at sleeper.com. The URL looks like:
sleeper.com/leagues/123456789012345678/team
That long number is your league ID.
On mobile
- Open your league in the Sleeper app
- Tap the settings gear icon
- Tap General
- Scroll to the bottom. Your league ID is listed there
